Room was very clean! I talked to one of the employees Hollie, and she said they’re under new management and are turning the property around. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know I’ll be back.

Our room was recently renovated and fabulous! Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. There were many outlets and USBs around the room! Manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shower was hot and incredible water pressure. Close to fast food and Interstate Hwy 75. Cannot wait to return to Findlay and stay at this Red Roof Inn again. Pics: We “half-made” the bed after our stay to show you the clean room! Bed was perfectly made when we arrived.

Their response to bad reviews is calling the guests liars, so I just leave the pics. I asked for a refund, because gross. I wasn't staying in a room with roaches. Maintenance guy, insisted coming to my room with me, alone, for proof of bugs. "I needed to show him". I didn't kill any, bugs move and pictures aren't enough. No Refund. Told to move to a different room. Same problem. Was told in order to get a refund, I had to drive across town, to a different unrelated hotel, to talk to a manager. Never asked for a manager, I asked for a refund. Drove to second hotel. Still no refund. Very heated, I drove back to Red Roof Inn. Refund, finally. Got to a nice hotel at 10pm with my clothes in trash bags, because cockroaches. In 13 years, this is my second time giving a one star review of any kind.

Room was filthy: dirty and stained sheets, pillows were under clean, body hair on sheets, cockroaches on bathroom wall and in hallways. Management refuses to acknowledge complaints or give a refund...we left immediately and never ended up staying at this facility!

Didn't have the facilities I had requested but was led to believe the hotel had two queen beds with mobility access. I sent a message to the hotel reinforcing the necessity and never received a call or message back that they did not have it. Also booking.com should not have given me this hotel if they didn't have what I needed.

Great for a dog free! I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Lots of Marijuana smell whew…noisy from screaming kids and their caregivers. Oh well… it’s life…cheap $91.00 for one night and off the highway! No breakfast coffee no snacks only if you buy a very small bag of chips for $1.50
