I didn’t like that there was a lot of people just standing in the parking lot being loud and noisy. However, the rooms were nice and clean and staff was friendly.

"Worst hotel chain"

Website wasn’t working correctly so I never got confirmation on the room. I got charged anyway. Even after talking to them several times about it. This is time I’ve ever had this kind of experience with hotel ever. Red roof inn is not a good business. I would never stay here even as a last resort. Terrible Hotel chain and how the handle business.
