We left the hotel after checking in, our fridge had either fleas or bedbugs in it that were alive.

Air conditioner not cold enough. No elevator. Dirty

Need a complete overhaul...down to the bones to remove the odors.

The guy at the desk was nice. But the hotel was used for people’s permanent homes. It smelled horrible and the doors were not secure. You could stick your fingers under the door. There was so much light that came from the door that the room with all the lights off wasn’t dark. There was a tub but you couldn’t take a bath because there were stoppers for the tub.

The pictures on line are NOT actual. People smoking as I walked up to the front door in the lobby and in the hallway. I didn’t bother even checking in. I am reporting through my credit card company

Clean rooms and spacious. Close to highway and major restaurants. Friendly staff someone always at front desk.
