Poor management

Was not told ahead of time of additional charge for early check in. Someone’s leftover food was left in the fridge in our room.

Great aervice, good value, basic but comfortable room, comfy bed, quied, even though it is close to the highway. THANK YOU!

Looks like this place is being renovated. It needs it badly. The carpets are really shot and overall the impression was very bad. Hopefully it will soon be improved. The rooms were clean but the small things were in need of attention. There were some bugs, the lights were dim and things like hangers were missing. There was a lot of light coming from the hallway through the door and in general the hotel was very noisy. Lastly I felt we were overcharged for the rooms because of the eclipse. For the price we paid I expected this to be very nice Red Roof Inn and it was quite the opposite.

Did not realize they didn't have an elevator. So the clerk changed our room to ground level. My Aunt is in her 80's and this was very helpful especially since they were booked up because of the eclipse.

Location was nice

The lady that was working when I checked in was very rude.

Kind of a bare bones hotel but the room was clean and comfortable. Only coffee in the lobby, vague smell of cigarettes in the hall and some noise from nearby rooms but I slept ok. Staff was pleasant but could tell this place doesn't cater to a very classy clientele because of all the notices posted in the lobby.

The mattress was lumpy..second day..the room cleaner didn’t change the sheets ..just made the bed up
