Smell, holes in TV stand, dents in fridge, stains on carpet, well cleaning whipped pubic hair off bathroom door, the key card stopped working multiple times,

My room wasn’t clean bathroom was nasty not clean then it not a front desk person at night then caught somebody trying to break into my car

It was dirty there was rust on the refrigerator and stove and bath tub was filthy

Lobby was filthy, room was filthy. It had a very musty smell to it. It's the type of hotel that the closet door is a curtain rod. The non-smoking room had been smoked in especially in the bathroom where there were burn stains on the floor. We had a 2 night stay and checked out by 8am a day early.

Rooms weren't as requested and booked with BOOKING.COM

The place was gross. It smelled like a combination of mold, vape and cigarettes. The property was run down. The refrigerator, shower curtain and drains were all corroded. To pay over $500 a night for this place is theft. Extremely disappointing.

Upon checking in, we walked into our room and walked right back out. The condition of the hotel was horrible and not anywhere near worth the cost. The photo of the refrigerator alone that is attached shows the general condition of the room. We went to the front desk and informed them that we would not be staying due to the condition of the room not meeting expectations. They kindly offered to refund the stay and that it would be refunded within 48 hours. It has now been 8 days and still no refund.
