"Old bathtub but clean . "

The room was very clean . The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly . The only thing wrong with the room was the bathtub was not in good condition .

Location

Bathroom fixtures were rusted. Shower rod rusted. Toilet rim was not cleaned. Windows couldn't see out were dirty. Molding around kitchen counter was coming off. Room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Unfortunately upon arrival there were visible bed bugs that were documented and a disgusting toilet that had not been cleaned. There was no housekeeping staff available. We had no choice but to check out and find others accommodations during an almost sold out weekend.

We tried to stay here for a game weekend but checked out right away. Very dirty, the cleaning staff were swearing and yelling in the hallway and I think people are living here full-time. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. They were gracious and gave us a full refund upon checkout.
