Baymont by Wyndham Bay City

It was right off the expressway.

No hot water in the morning. Found hair in tub drain screen. Tv gets 3 channels. Curtains falling off curtain rod. Pillow cases dingy.

I like the balcony they had for us to go out on. It made it nice so we didn't have to walk down stairs every time we wanted to smoke.

My wife had just dyed her hair a couple days before our stay and when we took a shower a little bit of the dye was left on the towel and they charged me $15 for that towel.

Was Ok types ordinary

Brekfast wasnt good, Rooms were ok but Beds were not comfortable enough

Really bad motel experience. No service desk worker. Had to call a number several times with no answer. People came behind me to check in and left after knowing no worker and no answer. Finally after a half hour desk worker checked me in. Room smelled very moldy with cleaning spay to mask. Mold in walls in corners of bathtub. No coat hangers. Back door was unlocked all night.

The room was fairly clean. The bathroom area needed recaulking around the tub trim around the tub. The heat light didn't work and there was a flashing light on the overhead above mirror. All the windows in the facility were filthy as if children had been doing finger painting on them literally. The parking lot had debris all over and cars that look like they were abandoned. There were rooms that appeared to have people living in them permanently. There is garbage in bags in the hallways. For a Wyndham property this was very disappointing we didn't even trust having breakfast there the next morning.

They were rude

There are too many things. Floor was so filthy my son and husbands feet were black. Outlets would not hold plugs. Screen ripped. Lights half of them did not work. Garbage cans and bathroom was filthy
