Baymont by Wyndham Bay City

Noisy, very dirty and unkept.

The room was ok. There was trash outside the building. The stairs were dirty. Looks like they hadn’t swept or mopped in months. Walls were very thin.

The common areas smell like weed. The bed was hard and somehow there was a s low spot in the middle of the bed

We reserved 2 Rooms At the Baymont By Wyndham in Bay city Michigan I don't like to give bad reviews but this place does not deserve to be in business. We arrived At about 10:30 after a long day Looking forward to get some rest On arriving We checked in And we're told to park in back As this was closer to our rooms. The area had no lighting Was full of trash And had Sliding glass doors That were not enclosed We chose to park in front Where there was lighting. The hallway Was disgusting Our assigned room was occupied So the manager let us Let us in to the adjoining room using the same key. On entering the room even the Manager recoiled at the smell. The curtain For the sliding door was held up with a clothes hanger, The sliding glass door Did not even have a latch and could not be locked, The bathroom door would not close, There were cigarette burns all over the comforters. There was no way You were staying here we did not even check our second room And asked for a refund. We were 1st Refunded Our deposit But had to wait for the manager to approve The room refund Which he did the following afternoon. I have never in my life seen a worse Hotel than this Even in L.A.

They took a Hundred Dollar deposit hold on my credit card. The property is a pig sty.Trash everywhere vape smoke and odor all about wood floors were filthy no smoke alarms bathroom mirror taped up to the door. Kept my deposit for seven days total scam never had a deposit hold on any other hotel or motel in my 60 years.

The hotel is in between constructions and the rooms that are renovated are not clean.

Outside poorly maintained, furniture in room a broken desk chair and hide away couch, breakfast buffet had 2 apples, 2 boxes sugar cereal, toast , and a waffle maker. We didnt stay for it, went next door to MacDonalds

Nothing everything was great but i was limitednon towels

The BED & PILLOWS WERE AMAZING!!!!

Curtains don’t close all the way too much light in room at night from out side lights & then day light! Toilet to low to ground!
