Baymont by Wyndham Bay City

Nothing to like, there was a burn hole on one mattress and a giant red stain on the other, and smelled like smoke. I walked in saw that and left, was in the room less than 10 minutes and felt like I needed a shower after. When I went to cancel through booking.com, conveniently there was an error.

I didn’t like anything, this place was awful.

Great location spot

Limited breakfast.. Didn't eat breakfast there. Tried the coffee but it wasn't very good.

The staff wasn't helpful. There was no hot water in the room in the morning. Room is dated with curtains pulled down on curtain rod. TV gets about 3 stations. I found hair sitting on drain in tub, which we never used because no hot water.

Easy location right off the expressway. Rather quiet.

Found used needles under one of the beds in our rooms. Staff was not concerned. We had 6 children with us.

The building is a dump! All windows in the lobby and the rooms look like they have been cleaned with a dirty rag. First room they tried to put us in stank of smoke and who knows what. Second room was more tolerable. Everything inside and is run down & dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere all around the building. Why have a building and be so lazy not make even presentable? And the clientele are very questionable, it doesn’t feel safe. There is no reason for this to have more than a one star rating in any category. I wish there were negative stars.

I didn’t the front desk lady was rude

Rude staff, cigarette burns in our first room , moved to a second the toilet wasn’t flushed and there were food crumbs all over the sheets when I went to check out it took almost 45 for the front desk lady to come to the desk as she was talking with her friend in the back

It had breakfast

The place was poorly maintained.
