Location was good

The pool water was freezing when it said heated pool,breakfast was not included,our door had to be slammed shut to actually be secured

The people working there were very nice and helpful.

It was very dirty, and they never cleaned my room - I was there for one week.

Location to ballpark

Great location, close to the Dome. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The price is quite a bit lower than other hotels in this area

The carpet in the Hotel hallway was dirty with noticable stains in several areas. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee in the rooms. There was coffee in the lobby on the first day, but no coffee on day 2 because the guy dindnt show up (no breakfast option either, same guy I guess). The vent in the bathroom had clumps of dirt visible thru the cover. The tub toliet area was dirty. The tub/shower valve was very hard to operate, requiring that you pull the handle out with quite a bit of effort. Its ne eds to be replaced or lubricated. The bath towels were very thin and rough (worse I have seen in decades of travel). The lobby area seems to be open to the public with no security monitoring. The 2nd day I could not use the MRR because it appeared that the handicap stall was being used for changing clothing and bathing (didnt feel save). Great location and potential but it appears management has not made the commitment or priority to improve the property and operating procedures.

The staff was friendly and the location was prime. The room overall was nice

The heating/cooling was unresponsive and did not cool the room, the bathroom tub was stained and the bar & grill was closed

Close to the the dome

The ADA buttons, for the front doors, didn’t work. The staff didn’t seem overly concerned. My son had to rely on someone to open the door for him. Had to go to 3 different floors to find a working ice machine. TV didn’t work.

Location

My room wasn't clean . Shower dirty toilet wasn't cleaned either. Food was left in the fridge the last time I stayed. I will add pictures. I am handicapped the elevator wasn't working I had to take the steps. There's handicapped parking. I got a parking ticket while checking in. Only $30 but I wasn't checking in no longer then the 15 minutes I was right out front of the building in the correct spot.
