"Hot, humid and terrible"

The location

The air conditioning was broken. The toilet was leaking. The roof was leaking. The staff was not friendly. The elevators kept stopping. The room was falling apart, trim was missing, ripped wallpaper, metal door frames were rusting in the bathroom. You had to slam the door to get them to latch. Staff was not cleaning the pool. Towels stayed in same spot all over furniture and floor all weekend. The pool was green and appeared the chemicals had not been checked.

"Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown"

The location was perfect and within walking distance to both the arch and union station the hotel was beautiful the room was great and the beds super comfy the tv was huge which was great plus it was a smart tv

There was very little parking and you had to pay for breakfast which for the money in my opinion should have been included I mean I’ve stayed in a motel for 70 bucks and still got breakfast

The shower was peeling, and the water didn’t even work. The lobby had water flowing out of the ceiling. The hallways and elevator felt like the HEAT was on when it was 90* outside.
