Only the location and the staff were very nice.

It did not look like the pictures look very out of date. Very hot in the hallways elevator takes forever to come with no one else using them. The pool looked unsanitary.

The staff tried to make the best out of a bad situation.

The Hotel catfishes customers. What you see online is definitely not what you get in person. The upkeep is poor. The area is unsafe. The AC was broken in different areas. The hallways smelled of chlorine coming from the indoor pool on multiple floors. The Hotel was leaking water in the Lobby. If they are in the process of renovating the property that should be stated on the website. The worse Radisson property I've ever stayed at. Just terrible.

no secure parking. Guests are parking on the street and Saturday night around 20+ cars got broken into. The building is very dirty starting from the entrance. Inside might be even worse, the ceiling was leaking and dripping all over the lobby. Inside the room the carpet was very filthy (definitely not vacuumed), as well as everything else being dusty. The curtains, shower, and ac were all malfunctioning. access panel in the bathroom very rusty. Towels smelled bad as the rack they were on was also rusty. Overall, very dirty and filthy hotel. Do not recommend. Pictures are fake ,nothing is close to reality.

My room was 85 degrees both nights, we complained multiple times about how hot our room was. It never got fixed. There were people breaking glass out of peoples cars at the facility.
