Radisson Hotel St Louis Downtown Convention Center

It’s within walking distance to many local attractions and restaurants. The cabanas around the pool are nice and there’s plenty of seating around the pool too.

The rooms were dated. My sisters stayed in separate rooms and between the three of us only one room had a phone, all the cabinets for the mini fridge were hard to open/close, and the door to one room was hard to open and having to slam it shut to close made us feel like we were disturbing others. My room had one reading lamp missing and the other three didn’t work. I had an iron but no ironing board and the tub was missing a stopper. Initially walking in the room there was a mildew smell and the window was moldy from all the moisture and sunlight. Don’t waste your money on the hotel breakfast, go elsewhere. The pool had so much chlorine it made my eyes burn within minutes of being near it.

They said they serve breakfast daily from 7-10 thats a lie.. there was nothing

They charged me twice for the room The air conditioning didn’t work in the room they gave me Whoever cleaned to room didn’t do a good job bc there was a woman’s undergarments at the curtains. They changed my room but didn’t offer anything else.

The rooms are very nice nice big mirror and the indoor pool is very nice and a big pool at that.

But unfortunately the paint was pilling off the wall by the window from the blind going up and down in 369.

We did not stay. The hotel has a cockroach problem. Also a review from the last week showed pictures of 16 cars that were broken in to by broken windows. I would like a refund for sure. We checked in saw the roaches and checked out immediately and found a different hotel.

Absolutely nothing!! Do not believe the photos on booking.com. It's a bait and switch for sure! Feared for my safety at this dump!

Got stuck in the elevator, room had no air, door wouldn't shut, filthy bathroom and hallways. Complete and total disappointment.
