Radisson Hotel St Louis Downtown Convention Center

It's was comfortable close to amenties

The hotel needs a total upgrade. We were there for 2 nights and we only got coffee and tea for one night. The bathroom needs some updating .

The location was the only thing that I liked about this hotel.

I didn't like when you walk onto the property that it was very trashy. The windows of the doors were very smug and dirty. I also did not appreciate as soon as you walk in the door a garbage can full of trash with water dripping from the ceiling in it. Water splashing everywhere, walk over to the service desk and see 3 more full trash cans of trash with water. Dripping from the ceiling into it and splashing all over the floor I did not appreciate that I did not get the room that I actually booked. I also do not appreciate that all the carpet. Through it was very stained, there was no error on the floor which is the 2nd floor and I did not like that. I had to football tackle my room.Door just to get in. The restroom was smaller than I expected, and the tub was not clean. There was all kinds of chippings in the tub Overall, there's a lot more things that I could say was wrong. I just was never happy.And no, that this will never be my choice again.

Location was close to things we wanted to do.

A/C didn’t work in one of our rooms, pool is extremely small, there is no parking that is secure. Our bathroom was falling apart.

The beds were comfortable

No parking and the parking lot the told us to park in 26 cars were broken into and they refused to compensate us

It was nice for stay

People care got vanish because we don’t have anywhere to park but streets 30 a lot to pay to park

There was no likes. I was annoyed for waiting for elevator too long.

The pool cld have bn more inviting

We arrived super late, when we called to let them know the staff was really nice and let us know we still had plenty of time to check in. The check-in process was smooth when we got there.

The parking was absolutely terrible. We ended up having to pay to park in a lot that was a decent walk from the hotel. My bed was terrible, any time I moved the entire bed frame would move. Our room looked like it had been recently renovated, like they got rid of part of the window and patched up the wall but didn't bother to paint. There was no hot water in the shower, just in the sink
