The bed was comfortable

Only one trash can, which was in the bathroom. No microwave. Requested late check out and still got my door knocked on. I had very late check in but my room wasn't ready when I got there and they had to give me another one, which was done promptly and professionally.

They allow to have your dogs but what I didn’t like is people don’t like to pick up their dog shit ,

The location was perfect.

The refrigerator did not work properly. We did not report it, however because we did not want nor have time to deal with the hassle. We used our cooler instead. They probably would have exchanged it or fixed it.

I stayed three nights. When we return to our room after second night we found no service done to room. No used towels or bath cloths replaced. No coffee refills. No Kleenex . No phone in room. No ice machine on our floor.I report to desk & asked for new towel & bath cloth & coffee refills. Person said would take care of it but he did not.

It’s nice and clean like always and the staff is very friendly

The phone wasn’t working I had to call customer service to get fresh towels and same with dumping the trash n I hate that it doesn’t have a microwave in the room and also the pool was down
