"Not a heated pool"

The staff is great. Friendly, helpful. They give extra towels and coffee by request when you see the cart. The food was good. Nothing special. But again, friendly service. The weather is not great this week. After many complaints from sitting in hot tub with other guests, asked if pool is heated. Apparently to 79 degrees... It feels like 60. Don't advertise that you have a heated pool, if it's not. And it's definitely not. Polar plunge before heating up in cramped hot tub. I specifically booked this hotel due to heated pool advertised. I won't be back.
