"Cat the bartender at h20 bar"

Cat the bartender went above and beyond for us. She is the true definition of hospitality!!! Didn't matter if we dined with her at the bar or ordered Togo food to pick up. She made everything a breeze. She alone made our experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you Cat!

"We enjoyed our stay!"

Great atmosphere, very convenient to get to the beach and the pool had something for all ages! My kids loved the activity coordinator Laleasa, she came out poolside with tattoos, lays and the kids really enjoyed hanging out with her. We definitely will be back!

restaurant in hotel

I will be requesting a refund. there was black mold in the shower. there was also pubic hair in the shower. the bedding was torn and stained. there were bugs in the bed. the balcony was flooded the entire time from the leaking air conditioner. it ruined our beach chairs. the tv did not work at all, could not get any channels or picture.

The pool area and splash pad was perfect.

The beds were uncomfortable and very worn.
