"Wonderful location and customer service!"

My stay was a 10/10! I spoke with Jay before arriving and requested a 7th floor room and inquired about the โ€œspring break gone wildโ€ I saw on internet, he was so helpful and kind! He assigned me a room before arriving to make sure I was on 7th floor. Upon arriving I learned he had upgraded me to an ocean view as I had a partial view! I did not encounter one person that wasnโ€™t happy and helpful during my stay. The rooms were very clean and the lobby area was very nice! We ate at the restaurant once and it was good with great service. Friday and Saturday evening they had a guy playing music. The pool and hot tub were always clean and they had a nice pool area for smaller kids. We left a day early due to weather and Jennifer was so kind to reimburse one day resort fee without me asking! I read how people do not think they should charge a resort fee as this isnโ€™t a resort, it may not be a resort is some respects, but they worked hard to keep the place clean, had activities for kids, a guy playing music, a gym, a very nice pool area and security guard to keep the riff raft out and all of that costs money! For what I paid this place and the customer service far exceeded my expectations!

staff was very accommodating and very friendly. always acknowledged with a smile, hello and can i do anything for you. chevion checked us in early and provided a room change to our liking! amenities were just what we needed. location was ideal and rooms were clean - the entire facility was clean and inviting. purchased our trip thru priceline and the value was great! even though our room was over the bar/dining area, noise was not an issue. highly recommend this location.

Great ocean views and pool/hot tub.

Broken shower door, entry door didnโ€™t close right so we didnโ€™t feel secure. Went into restaurant twice and couldnโ€™t get service. Told front desk and they blew us off.
