The front desk guy was great, we booked the wrong room and he said no issues at all and moved us to another, well just so happens they where cleaning it so I offered to pay for a upgraded room! He simply replied no worries at all and got us set up with another one! 10/10

Activities center staff Laleasa was great with my daughters Amiyah and Gianna! She had several crafts for them to do and even helped make them bracelets. She made sure they enjoyed crafts everyday.

"Not the best experience due to the room location I was given"

The heated pool was very good and with one end being 10f deep made it even better Also it leads straight onto the beach which was good

I paid just under ยฃ300 for one night because I wanted a large suite and wanted some room to move But I was given room 125 which was on the ground floor and right next to a door which lead outside to the pool and as you can imagine it was being used a lot The door kept shutting sending a vibration through the wall every time someone went out This room should not be the same price as the rest It also should be stated on the web site when being booked

"Exceptional Stay and Service"

Amazing stay! The family-friendly atmosphere and easy beach access made for a perfect getaway. Our room was nice with an incredible view, and the pool temperature was spot on. Special thanks to David and Renato at the front desk and Bill at the H2O restaurant for their exceptional customer service. They truly made our visit special. Highly recommend!
