I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites Round Rock, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. The location is perfect — close to major highways, Dell HQ, and just minutes from dining and shopping. The room was spacious, very clean, and came with a full kitchen, which made my extended stay incredibly convenient. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and I really appreciated the 24-hour free coffee in the lobby. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. They even provided great local recommendations! The onsite laundry and fitness room were a bonus, and parking was easy — even for larger vehicles. If you're traveling for business, training, or an extended project in Round Rock, this is a great value hotel that truly feels like home. I’ll definitely return!

The team here are very caring, my son stayed with them whiles he wasn't feeling too well. They took it upon themselves to check on him daily to make sure he was doing ok and didn't need help with anything. I would definitely stay here anytime!

I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites Austin–Round Rock! The room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable exactly what I needed after a long day. The kitchen setup was convenient, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for me to get work done without a hitch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the area. This hotel was a solid choice for both work and relaxation. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town.

Staff members were not the friendliest. The staff member that checked us in were slow and made a few mistakes with our booking but tried to make it right. The room was spacious and clean. From our room we could hear every movement in the hall and could hear a dog barking from a couple rooms over. The property appeared to be kept up nice and safe.

Certainly not what we expected. The double suite was not enough for 6 people despite it saying there would be more than enough room. We had to get another room last minute. We did it through hotels.com and had gone back down only to find out the room we got/let us reserve wasnt available. The only other was smaller beds and $46 extra! Even though we listed 6 of us we couldnt get more than 4 towels, we had to go buy a set. The bathrooms had mold on the ceilings and one bed had sheets with blood stains. We were given another sheet set to change ourselves. Both rooms had an odd oder to them & had a few scattered roaches.
