En general muy bien ubicado

We had a great stay! Breakfast and pools were unbelievable. 2 Pools closed at 6 and rooms needed an update. Our air conditioning was a fan that hardly worked. Very quiet, stunning views of the city.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The lobby is nice and the breakfast options are good, but the bathroom has black mould all around the tap and sealant. What 5 star hotel doesn't have a coffee and tea tray in the rooms? I went down to the bar one evening to buy hot chocolate. The very rude barman glanced at me and carried on serving others who came after me. At first I thought it was a mistake, but when he did it twice, I just walked away because I didn't want to exchange words with such an ignorant person. The evening before I purchased a cup of tea at the bar. I had to wait a while for it and I specifically asked for oat milk, which I was told they had. They arrived with regular milk which made me sick. I will rate this hotel 3 stars and that is me being generous and their bar staff need serious training.

Hotel was amazing. It had three swimming pools, which I totally enjoyed. However, I don’t think this day explain correctly, how to get towels and robes and basic accommodations.

Good location, near the centre and shops, restaurants and walls all near by. Highly recommend.
