The only thing I did not like the room is 50 years old but it was clean and the bed was comfortable

I had some issues with the room especially the bed but Edouardo rectified the matter in a swift and successful manor. Christian’s was also most competent when she rectified an issue which we had.

Thank you very much for the upgrade, it definitely made the stay more comfortable for us. The hotel is beautiful and spacious, breakfast was tasty, hot and with a good variety of food. Beautiful views whilst having breakfast and a lovely views from the roof top pool.

Woman at check in was rude. Rooms need some repair as our toilet wouldn’t flush and door handle to deck broken. Carpet needs cleaning but overall was exceptionally clean. Breakfast buffet was ok as most of the food was cold. On plus the grounds and pools are gorgeous.

Everything about the hotel was excellent except the batch did not drain and filled up while taking a shower. Was reported twice but not fixed
