"Renovated. Very clean. Outside didn't look so hot but was surprised how clean inside was."

Location: it was close to an event my wife and I attended

Sheets smelled terrible, Bed and pillows where old and worn, towels had blood stains on them, carpet had stains. TV in 2 rooms did not work, AC would not stay cold. Never going back!!!

Room cleaner than expected. Im fairly certain at this point I didn't get bed bugs.tv and remote worked.

Paint chipping all over. Noise from extended stay residents. Very shady looking. Unable to cancel when I found out how badly it was run down. Price was not the same as listed on booking.com. Hard to hear the people working there from partition being closed off. Communication was near impossible. Both lamps bulbs burned out.

"Value for money."

Great value for money - good location, clean rooms and linen, comfy bed, and responsive front staff.

The only improvement I suggest is having a proper place to put the soap while showering.
