It is an older facility, but was very clean! Great price too.

I would have liked a coffee pot & coffee in the room, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There's a Taco Bell & Burger King right at the parking lot.

"I decided not to stay here after seeing the location and from outside impression"

Nothing.

It was in a sketchy part of town that didn’t look safe for a solo female. I didn’t stay there. Drove by and it looked old and creepy. It might have been very nice inside, but since there were other options I elected to not stay here.

"Worse customer service I've ever had when it comes to hotels"

Place was clean and fine

The customer service was terrible my plans had changed had the room ordered less than hr and couldn't switch dates not flexible at all..
