"Worse customer service I've ever had when it comes to hotels"

The customer service was terrible my plans had changed had the room ordered less than hr and couldn't switch dates not flexible at all..

Owner or manager was very nice. He was very accommodating by allowing me to get into room sooner with available room because I got into town early for the festival. Very personable and enjoyed my conversation with him.

"Disappointing."

The key didn't work, and we had to go back up front to get another. There was an unknown bug in there, didn't seem to be a bedbug or flea but that was still unpleasant. They need scissors in the room because we had to fight tooth and nail to get the little bags of shampoo and conditioner to open.
