"Great stay and amazing staff!"

I recently spent a month at America’s Best Value Inn in Loudon, Tennessee. I was very impressed by this motel and would recommend it highly to anyone traveling or working in the area. The owner, manager and staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was cleaned regularly. If I had any questions or requests, the owner and maintenance staff were responsive and professional. I work long hours and I always looked forward to returning to this clean, comfortable motel. I was also offered a great rate at America’s Best Value Inn in Loudon, Tennessee. My time in the area was all the better for staying here.

"Excellent"

not a bad little place considering its just off the highway, The night guy is a funny guy, had a great chat with him. Only real issue for me was distance, make sure you drive there, not public transport for miles and Uber is pot luck, I managed to get one by chance as the guy was just passing through.

"weekend visit"

we stayed for the ut vs florida game in knoxville. it is a short drive to the stadium and the rates are very reasonable. pets are allowed and the owner and manager are really nice people. it is always quiet there.we come back for every home game and we live in florida.you could not get better service and we will always stay here.

"better customer service definintly needed"

the manager jay patel is a rude ,chicken and nags constantly about small things , u pay him he complains he will walk in ur room with the do not disturb sign up, his wife will tell u to get the out of the room and yell in the am hours dont stay here unless u need a daddy, and mommy , u forgot whos paying who, ricks cool though

"Very Old & Outdated."

Very old and outdated! I killed a huge spider in the bathroom. I had a dog chase me in the parking lot. He then chased a skunk and it sprayed everywhere. My whole night I smelled skunk. Told owner and he said he has been calling animal control but yet has food all over the grounds for all the stray cats and dogs.
