Knights Inn Sterling Heights

I did NOT stay. I arrived and was told I needed to pay cash because their credit card machine was not working. I did not have cash and I left. I would drop them from Hotels.com

Reserved a king bed room and received a twin bed. The room wallpaper was crinkled in corner adjacent to bath shower. Smelled Smoky. Do not recommend for $87 a night

This was crazy bad

The best thing about this hotel was the staff, which was courteous. But the condition of the hotel was poor. Hotels in this area are generally expensive, and I wasn't expecting much, but truly for what the room cost I thought it was very poor value compared to the nice place I stayed at for a night near the airport - which was only a few dollars more and much much better in all respects. The room was dated and dirty and smelly, the floor creaked and flexed under me, I found a bug crawling on my while I was on the bed, and I had to mess with the door multiple times to open it every time I tried to get in. The location was convenient for me, but ultimately it would have been better to spend a little bit more for a better place. No breakfast due to the pandemic, which was understandable but made the value even worse.

Had a wonderful time and really nice rooms and some really nice restaurants in the area

The room is old with mold, furniture the same, toilet was broken, heater and phone too, no breakfast just coffe

The room we were in had a horrible smell, couldnt sleep it smelt so vad!! Never again will i stay here!

in the first room there was a problem with the ants when I moved in so I tried to change rooms the second room had 12 channels the first jump ahead 60 the third room the heater didn't worknone of the rooms have good security there's no lock on the Windows anyone could enter they say there's video surveillance but only on half of the building management does not care about any complaint. Breakfast was a lie. My rooms were filthy when I checked in. I know they didn't vacuum my room before I checked in. A tent in the woods would be better then staying here.

I booked a premium king room with jacuzzi and used a reward night. What I got was smoking 2 queen room no jacuzzi. Not even the same
