This hotel was roach infested that I moved to another hotel in the area. I can`t believe you would have a hotel like this that you represent as a place to stay. Totally disgusted with the experience hotel should be shutdown

First things is that Customer service sucked. Feel like we wasn't there. When we finally got a room and when you first open the door it has a really bad oder. Definitely a hole in the wall hotel. When it got dark outside guess what came out from under the refrigerator? Roaches... I will never be back there again.

"Pre Black Friday shopping"

I had booked in to the KNights Inn on Nov 17 for a 2night stay with the usual expectation of any North American hotel. As we walked into the room, there was a bad odour in the room, the bed spreads were stained, the bedlinen was grey in clour and looked dirty. The bed looked like it had been slept in and and the covers pulled over. There wasno clock in the room and no phone. When I searched in the drawere, I finally found a phone but no cord. I looked all over for a cord to connect the phone, no such luck. Free WIFI was adverertised but thre was not even a single bar of |WIFI showing. We decided to cancel and went back to reception. The man at the window said I had to take it up with Expedia since this was an online booking. We canceled both nights and left for another hotel. I would like a full refund

As soon as we entered the room there was abad odor. The bedspreads were stained, and the bedlinen lookedgrey. The ved looked like it had been slept in and the covers pulled back. There wasno clock and no phone. On looking arkund , there was a phone in one of the drawers,but there wasno cord attached to it and no cord to be found anywhere in the room. FREE Wi-Fi was advertised but there was not even 1 bar of WI-FI. There are some basic expectations in a North American hotel, but none of these were there. So we walked out ,asked for a cancelation and a full refund of my money. I was told I hadto contact Expedia for the refund. I am doing this now.

Unclean hotel. I saw roaches....ROACHES!! I was afraid to sit my purse and bags down. They need to exterminate. Stains on the bathroom door. It is a horrible hotel

Refrigerator and microwave were dirty. Water rings on nightstand. McDonald's cup under air conditioner. Not sure where the pictures come fromon their website, but it wasn't from the location I stayed at. I do have to praise the security guard for dealing with the neighbors that were yelling, fighting, and slamming doors. Photos available.
