Convenient and great location. Registration clerk was super helpful and friendly!

My husband and I stayed here for our stay in the Lynchburg area. I think this hotel has potential to be a decent place to stay. However there is definite room for improvement! Bathrooms need ATTENTION. There was also a moist feel in the room, along with something that smelled wet. The toilet leaked and the tub clogged. The bed was comfortable and much appreciated after traveling.

VERY DIRTY Room - poor cleaning procedures!!!! No towel bars!!!! No TV remote - brought one after I asked. No reduction for cash as website promised. No breakfast as website promised.

really gross conditions…. My dad and I arrived with the hopes of staying for two nights. Upon entering the room and inspecting the beds, bathroom and general room area we soon were uncomfortable. The bathroom had tons of webs, multiple dead bugs, unclean shower wall with soap streaks. The bed sheets were horrid, stained, the main comforter with a really disgusting stain on top. There was hair in the sheets and holes in the walls. Upon leaving and requesting a refund for the nights (in which we did not stay, we packed up and left to the Marriot hotel which did not disappoint) they did not refund us the money. It seems to be unkept, unprofessional, and over all a very poor business. The man who we contacted for the refund was disappointing and did not accommodate us for their lack of professionalism, cleanliness and ultimately their hospitality.

When reaching the rundown motel it was NOT like thr picture advertised a d as a single travelung woman i did not check in!!! And the people walking around....no way!!

toilet did not flush, set temp on heating unit 83 degrees, still froze my ass off even with me underneath blankets. It felt like i was outside, a lot draft coming in door and window. the lighting is too bright in room, need to pack sunglasses if staying. desk clerk needs to be a little friendly, sorry that i woke her up at 2am

I would not shower there water fixtures dirty and old, mold on shower curtain. The only good thing is they refunded my $75. second day ,because I would not stay there another night

Everything was dirty. We slept on top of the comforter because sheet’s didn’t look clean and neither did towels and wash cloths. Floor had not been swept and there was grit on the counter top. Half of receptacles did not work. I had to do my hair 6 feet from mirror. Did not feel safe staying there and won’t again
