Knights Inn Madison Heights

Dirty rooms place needs work lots of things need Major TLC. Rooms inside are bad just dirty mostly bathrooms

The location was not far from Lynchburg, but the neighborhood was a bit rundown. There were restaurants not far down the road. Overall it met our needs, but we won't be returning or recommending to others.

The cleaning was very poor. Cobwebs and bugs, alive and dead, in most corners, stains on the towels, hairs on the bed spread. The actual sheets appeared clean and stain free, but that was the only positive in cleanliness.

Discusting. Bugs all over the room. When i asked for a refund the clerk got upset and declined because i booked on expedia.

It was an average motel with a fair price.

Kind staff. Willing to help with late checkout. :)

Very run down. Basic basic place to sleep. Will not stay there again.

Room was not clean ( dirt on floors & stains on bathroom wall), toilet was leaking during our stay. No bedside lamps. Although continental breakfast is advertised, it was not available.
