Staff was excellent
broken crack pipe in corner of room, wash cloth with brown stuff on it, cloths left in room and several cockroaches one dead and several running around. Went back to office got my deposit back. Still working with expedia to get my money back.
The floor was that dirty we had to wear flip flops after we had a shower, as walking from the shower to the front door made the soles your feet filthy! The room had a knife wrapped in a pillow case sitting on the lounge. There were signs every saying you’d loose the $50 cash deposit if there were any marks left in the sheets or towels, yet one of the towels was already marked before using it. The walls and curtain had large visible marks that hadn’t been cleaned off. The TV had no reception and had a HDMI to lightning connection hanging from a cable under it. Nice enough place, just not maintained. See photos
Everything was dirty and broken , it looked run down and sorry to say ghetto. The counter top was broken , there was a crack in the door to outside . It was nothing like the picture looks like .
Would NEVER stay here. Left after seeing the room. Maybe windows are extra?! No windows bizarre layout and room smelled. Immediately turned around and went to desk and gave back key and left. The family behind us was smarter and didn’t even check in.

I am requesting a full refund, room was dirty, smelly, AC not working, bed in terrible shape, I requested a King bed and this was only a full size and just terrible experience. outside my room another guest came up to me and asked for money, he offered a laptop for some money
Horrible room bugs (ants ) on my pillows Widows missing Random furniture inside of room lizards everywhere around my door just not it i would give this a 0 if i could
No tv remote, had to check it out at the office. No cable, all wi fi, that everyone else is using so little to no connection. Sheets clean but little stains. Toilet paper holder was broken. But ac was great and showers were hot.
