Llegamos de noche, y al recibir la habitación la cama estaba como la dejaron los huéspedes anteriores, baño limpio. Nos dieron otra habitación con dos camas, solo dos toallas, no existe ni una cafetera para coffee, y el desayuno incluido no existe

This might have been the worst hotel I've ever been in my life.
Please beware that this hotel is not at all like the photos. They will put you in a room that is falling apart. Flat pillows. No trash can, no tv remote. Bed doesn’t look as pictured. Sheets were dirty. Property had people smoking weed, homeless living in the garden area with Tupperware. Rude workers. Don’t stay it’s worse then you can imagine
Had to ask for towels which where small and way past their best before date. Had to ask for TV remote. Room stunk and there was no window. Efficiency unit means literally a bar fridge and microwave. No coffee maker utensils etc. No “free breakfast” only coffee was at officer There was hot water thouh
The whole place was busted up and disgusti g. The tub looked like someone died in it.
Many things broken, TV did not work, staff was nasty, do not feel welcome at all. Worst experience at Choice hotel in years of my stay.
I arrived as a late check in at 1130pm on friday feb 14 2024 I had just drove 12plus hours I went to take a bath and saw that there was blood in the bath tub . an ironing board with no iron a closet rack with one hanger 2 towels no wash cloths and no hand towels . and the tv wouldnt work. the front desk was impolite I complained and asked to be moved to a another room. I slept on top of covers and left the next day after waiting all night for someone to clean the room. I was booked for 2 nights . I want a refund
