This place needs to be shut down. Drug deals were going on right outside our door. Filthy room. Rude owner. They overbooked so we had only one room/one night instead of 3 nights. I made reservations in December 2024. This is March 2025. Pool was green. Trash cans outside were overflowing with trash. Graffiti on the lamp shades. They gave us our tv remote, covered in scotch tape and did not work. Air conditioning did not work. WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED IN. Unsafe and filthy. I’d better get my money back on my credit card PRONTO!!
There was black mold, broken bed and cockroaches I had to change hotels and still yet to receive my money back.
Everything in the pictures is false. Probably 10 years ago. Scary rooms, hallways, and permanent residents. Not worth the low price.
The room we had was infested with palmetto bugs (large cockroaches), the bed frames were broken and dipped to the floor in the middle. They do not offer housekeeping of any kind. The shower floor was coated in soap scum and black from filth. It was absolutely disgusting.
Felt like I was in a trap out hotel
Stinky "clean" towels, dirty rooms, unhelpful when i asked for help with charges. I would not recommend staying there.
First, the door lock was very hard to deal with and the door was stuck. There were only 2 bath towels. At the check-in desk there was a sign "do not use towels to clean the floor" which I thought was odd. Until I walked in the room with bear feet! It was disgusting! The bed sagged in the middle and was uncomfortable. The TV was hung crooked.
Dirty. Room accommodations not as pictured on website. Absolutely not! Very poor
Dirty and condition of rooms . Had to change rooms 3 times. Dirty used towels hanging up in one, used condom in one, refrigerator and a/c not working in one. One room no tv cables connected to tv. Couldn’t believe it. Had to endure this for two nights as it was spring break and no other properties available at rates originally booked for. Had important doctor appts and rest was needed. Requesting to be refunded for 2 nights. Thank you R.R.
Nothing worked in the room. Toilet seat broke. Toilet didn't flush, tv didn't work. Phone didn't work. Toilet paper dispenser broken. Suspicious people lurking in the shadows. Never returning.
