Bedbugs I was told was exterminated, but I got bitten. This is not OK.

My room , 328, was infested with cockroaches & I reported it the next morning. The front desk staff said that they will have the room sanitized. However, when we got back to the room that evening. There were still cockroaches. The hotel asked me to send an email to the website as noted in the folio & also told me to inform you & that you’ll call them regarding the situation.

We found a live cockroach in our room in broad daylight. There were burn marks/holes on the furniture. Cleaning supplies were left in our room.

In my opinion, the location of my room was GREAT! It was quiet, I didn't have anyone above or next to my room which was ideal because there was no noise whatsoever! I love that the room has a full kitchen > Refrigerator, microwave, stove, plates, silverware. I could bring food to store for later. The AC unit works great. There were some minor things like one drawer couldn't open, sliding door to shower area doesn't close all the way. You would have to ask for shampoo, conditioner, soap if it's not in your room and they will gladly give some to you. But like I said, minor things which didn't bother me. I kiked the fact that they won't come and clean your room unless you ask for it. I didn't mind that at all! Hurray that you have Cable TV instead of just the basic channels there's a variety of stations to choose from as well. Best part for me was the quietness in a room tucked away from any noise. I would stay there again and when I do, I hope that room will be available for me to stay in once again!

Infested with cockroaches no ac stains moldy the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Pulling into the parking lot there were cars taking up two spots so looking for parking was horrible. Check in went smoothly no problems there but when we got to the room it was hot and smelled like smoke. The air conditioner didnt really work and the tv didnt work. First night was a long night. We decided to leave the next day instead of staying another night. Also the pool wasnt available for use. Well definitely try a different motel next time.

Definitely not what I thought it would be. Had to be moved from my original room because a bedroom door was missing and the room door didn’t even lock. Didn’t feel safe on the first floor. Whole place smelt like wet dog. Second room air conditioner didn’t work but didn’t want to bother being moved again. The window had a torn screen so I couldn’t even leave the window open. Had to go to Walmart and buy my own fan.

Receptionist and manager very respectful and kind

There were cockroaches in the room, mold in the bathroom, along with rust in the bottom of the bathtub, and the room is in poor shape, that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I got beat up by some kind of bug along with the infestation of cockroaches on the carpet. It looks like it has not been replaced in 20 years. The stove did not work, I had to reassemble it myself. Air conditioning in the living room area did not work either and it is hot and humid this time of year in Carlsbad. Check out after only being there a couple hours because I cannot handle cockroaches.

There were cockroaches in the room I stayed in there were no towels and to top it off my friend got injured with the rail that was sticking out from the side of the bed
