Unsatisfied with customer service. Inconvenienced my family and canceled reservation without my knowledge and they falsely accuse people of breaking stuff when there stuff is already broken old and run down

I was only there for one night so I didn’t order anything. The bed was very comfortable. The Internet works. I came in my own car so I don’t really know about transport access.

Receptionist not friendly. Smelly and dirty hallways and room, roaches in bathroom. Paid for rwo nights but only stayed one. No one knows how to get refund. Zero amenities available. Not like picture in ads. Not pleasant in any way. No snacks for purchase.

Horrible, lumpy pillows and mattress. Stained sheets. Two microwaves but neither worked. Bugs in the flatware drawer. Garbage disposal did not work and had smelly food left in in. Loud train went by every hour. Smoke detector on ceiling had a flashing light that lit up the ceiling in the dark. Bathroom door gets stuck when you slide it closed, extremely difficult to slide back open. Couch was extremely stained, plus had hole in it where the foam cushion was exposed. Basically, we tried not to touch anything and checked out first thing in the morning and found a different place to stay.

There was no breakfast,

The tv didn’t work, then the bed in the room was soaked with urine

There was a huge hole in the couch, either poop or blood smeared on the wall by the bed, cockroaches, no garbage cans

The motel smells musty and like wet dog. It seems there may have been flooding or some type of leak. Our first room was on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway that smelled liked mold. The room was in terrible condition and the AC didn't work. So we had to go back downstairs and change rooms. Then we went back to the first room and hauled our things to the 2nd room. The 2nd room was better but not by much. The curtain was being held back by a thumbtack and had a rip to hook on it. The bedside lamp had burn marks and there was a white stain on the floor that looked questionable. The bathroom ceiling over the shower had a leak stain and mold growing. Also in the bathroom the air vent was covered in dust and possibly more mold. We will not be returning to any motel 6 locations going forward. We will choose to go somewhere else.

This was a very nice area , the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Shower stayed hot . When we asked for extra blankets and towels they were happy to help. Thank you for a pleasant stay we will be staying at your hotel from now on.

Location is great. The hotel is very quiet & the staff is wonderful.

The sofas in the living room area are dirty. I have to bring my own king size sheet from home to sit on it. Also, there are baby roaches in the kitchen. I seen them every time I stay there. I think this will be my last trip to this hotel.
