This is not a 3.5 star hotel at all!!! After 15 minutes of checking in my daughter and I went to another hotel. Cockroaches all over the place, bredcrumbs on the sofa, rugs dirty...

Too many roaches officially my last time staying there!

Bed sheets very dirty and bad smell and so many bugs inside room room condition very dirty very bad experience when I booking show breakfast available but not breakfast very horrible experience

The room smells like cat pee, there was a roach crawling on the floor. Booked for 3 nights, running out of here after one night. This is nothing close to a 3 star hotel, 1 maybe 2. No blankets on the bed, just 2 top sheets. Unsanitary and I’m not sure how they call themselves a 3 star.

There was no hot water. There were roaches. They said someone will contact us regarding the inconveniences we experienced but no one did. The ac did not work.

When checking into the hotel, there was no smile or friendliness from the staff. They didn’t inform us that the pool was out of service, there was no breakfast available, and the fitness center was closed. I asked the front desk for towels and toilet paper, and they said they would bring them, but never did. Every time we walked in or out, the staff just stared at us no greeting, no smile. Very uncomfortable experience. I will never stay here again

There was roaches in the room. Coming out of the shower drain and the kitchen sink.

Hotels.com reservation confirmed multiple times, but when I finally got there, they had no record of my reservation. Staff member was agitated unfriendly and kept stressing that she was on her lunch break and she shouldn’t be helping me at 8:30 at night. She did nothing with her manager or me to accommodate us a party of five stating there’s no reservation and she just can’t help me because there’s no room hotels.com was even worse as it’s been over a week and they still haven’t responded to my emails about the confusion and lost reservation at the hotel

We came in late went to room and bugs and cockroaches in tub we left and didn’t even stay!! Spent an hour trying to find somewhere else to stay.
