There were fleas in the room. Sheer drapes are shredded and need to be replaced. The mattresses need to be turned or rotated. The coffee carafe does not fit the maker. The water does not flow through to the pot. Otherwise the room was great. Clean and comfortable.

Stay was good. Location close to the beach. Our key card had issues getting into our room after we got back from dinner, was fixed quickly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Roaches and bedbugs! Room 334. The pool was empty, gym was closed, carpets were stained and stinky. I drove from Utah for Legoland and the beach. This location was perfect. The hotel was very rundown.

It’s beautiful on the outside but as soon u get checked in the nightmare begins from walking down the halls on the 3 floor smelled we got to our rooms and they smelled really bad and to mention the had the windows fully open where there was no screens and as we looked around there was dead roaches everywhere and in the fridge

The rooms was disgusting and had roaches and things hardly worked and one of our rooms the toilet had to be flushed manually

Close to legoland

Lots of cachroaches. No shampoo. Bed is off smell.

It was really dirty, there was a cockroach in the room, smell was terrible, the bathroom was horrible.

Room was big and clean, It came with a sleeper couch and a king size bed. Big fridge and sink. Stove to heat up food. The a/c was amazing. No weird smell

The glass shower doors wouldnt close

Remote for tv didn’t work, Hot water for the shower was just luke warm, towels were worn out, couch in room was dirty and just old, bugs

The outside was nice.

The air conditioner did not work 1st day in 2 rooms after moving to the second and no other rooms available, we had to sleep with the window open listening to the freeway all night. Needless to say, we did not sleep. furniture has stains and torn fabric, people living in the parking lot motorhomes.. stains on the carpet room and hotel and rooms has a bad oder. No hot water on 1st day. torn screen for the window drapes. not attached pillows is like a big hard ball unusable. No light bulb in lamp. No coffee pot asked the front desk and they said none available because people take them and I hat they were waiting for order to come in.. stucco in bath room was unfinished. The purpose of a hotel is to accommodate a temporary comfortable living space, for travelers while vacationing or for special occasions. NEEDLES TO SAY THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT STAY.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR EVER COMING BACK. I DESERVE A FULL REFUND! NOT ACCEPTABLE.
