Overall terrible place. We couldn’t stay two nights that we paid for … left after one night… see pics.

Cockroaches in the room. Sink was clogged on arrival. Smoke detector was hanging halfway off the ceiling and chirping, had to snap it back on myself. Carpet runner along the wall was hanging off. Electrical receptacles in room with no cover plates. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Noise transfers through the walls like crazy so we could hear the neighbors late into the night/early morning. We mentioned the cockroaches to the front desk and were told we would get some sort of refund, but never received anything.

The room was dirty, roaches, pool closed not working, tv not working. Just a very dirty hotel

People were nice and area was fine, but the inside the room was unacceptable. torn and damages furniture. shower/tub was dirty. sheets were dirty and had holes. Felt extremely dirty and beat up furniture over 40 years

Smelly, horrible smell throughout the whole hotel and room.

After checking in our room …the room was hot with no air circulating. We had to call and maintenance said it was a fuse. They knew we were staying for four days and the room should have had air on. I only found one trash can located in the bathroom. The towels were not bath towels (small towels) terrible pillows, the vanity sink had an item in the drain (housekeeper should have removed it). We never had any housekeeping service. We will not be coming back in the future.

Lipstick on a pig. The outlet wasn’t attached in the wall, a lot of dings and scratches/room looked beat up, couch was so saggy it was scary to sit on, ice maker wasn’t working. I’m glad we only stayed one night.

Room was disgusting, there was still old food in the sink drain, every piece of furniture was stained or damaged in some way, found 2 cockroaches, mosquitos in the room, whole room smelled musty.

My room didnt have ac no wash cloth and towels
