Nice hotel by the Malaysian chain Sunway Group. We chose this hotel as the trip was during the fasting month of Ramadhan - thus for us Muslims the halal food prepared and also early morning breakfast (sahoor) were available as well. Walking distance to a few tourist areas including Hard Rock Cafe and the riverside attractions.

Breakfast options are poor, no bacon as it’s a Muslim owned hotel. Needs a barista. Rooms are old and are in need of a refurbishment. Fairly well located, housekeeping staff were lovely and did a great job at cleaning our rooms. We had room service once and the food is by far the worst we’ve had in our three weeks of traveling.

We spend a night in this hotel, having had two rooms, one for our daughter and one for us. The disappointment came from the bathroom where the sewage drain in the tab wasn’t working fluently , while there was only a shower nozzle in the wall. Amenities were OK. Dinner buffet was excellent of a high quality food, but breakfast wasn’t up to this standard.
