"Excellent location and team!"

Excellent location across from the US Embassy in the CBD. Arrival team on the front desk were exceptional and personable. As a hotelier myself I was impressed with the service levels! Would like to recognise the 2 staff on the desk on 18th November at 320pm that assited our 3 rooms on check in

Had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommended for families. Room and toilet is clean, complete with toiletries. Housekeeping come and clean the room everyday. This hotel provide halal breakfast, with so many varieties and they taste superb. I met many Malaysians and Singaporeans staying at this hotel. Location wise, although it's northern part slightly far from airport but it is next to Wat Nohm, US embassy, mosque with walkable distance to night market and Preah Sisowath Quay.

Staff is very polite, but the maintenance is not good, specifically the rooms with the balcony, very very poor, My first impression was quite good, but 2nd one is not so good, property is not well Maintained Vegetarian food in practically is very poor, my last visit also I mentioned about it but no improvement However the area is very good, open and safe
