The Staff are always welcoming and very professional.

Clean, good amenities and great staff services.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh due to the professional and friendly Staff. We had a issue within the room and we spoke with the Front Desk at breakfast and when we had gotten back to the room after breakfast, the Maintenance Staff was already working on the problem and it was completed before we went out before lunch. We were always greeted with smiles from the Staff whenever we would leave and return to the hotel during our stay.

Very helpful staff and great location next to many embassies.

The bathroom needs to be updated

I stayed here for 4 nights recently and I kinda love and hated this place. I paid USD100 Per Night Nett for a room that comes with balcony and daily breakfast Good Points a) The check in and checkout process was fast <5Min b) I was allowed to check in early around 11am, and I was allowed to check out late at 2pm. c) The water pressure in the bathroom was WOW. I love this! d) The room, balcony and bathroom is old/very outdated but clean. e) The staffs were friendly. f) The location of this hotel is OK, 5-10Min walk to many shops Bad Points a) The food served in the daily breakfast buffet, tasted below par. b) The room aircond was bad scene. Even I shifted room, and the aircond issue was still the same. c) No swimming pool d) There's beers and liquor served, but tasted bad.. The bartender needs to attend a course on how to mix cocktails

The hotel looked like it was built quite some time ago, and must have been outstanding when it was built, but many of the facilities now feel dated. Only one restaurant. No swimming pool. No pillow menu, etc.
