Great place to stay, with convenient things around

Wonderful service and friendliness! We got all our questions answered and even tech support! The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant.

Clean and well-staffed. Breakfast was good and refilled often.

Too close to highway.

Nice place for area. Close to most everything

Check-in with Chase was easy and pleasant. Arrived at our room and were greeted by a chunk of hair on the floor, dead bugs on the windowsill, a suspicion brown stain on the sofa and a black ring inside the toilet. The bottom of the sheets in the bed was full of hair, eyelashes and what seemed to be black sock lint. The sheets were wrinkled and I honestly think they had not been changed. The carpet was worn and full of dirt, including an impressive collection of toenails. I attached photos but they do not do justice to how disgusting this all was. At this point, we returned to the front desk to ask for another room. Chase did not argue and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was slightly better: there were coffee stains on the counter and the garbage had not been changed, but at least the sheets seemed clean and the dirt was swept in a pile under the bathroom sink. Found out from talking to someone that the manager walked out a while back and it has been chaos since. Apparently, there is a new manager in place now so maybe things will get better in the future. In spite of the filth, I gave it two stars because of the front desk personnel and the generous breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately, it’s still not enough to recommend staying here.

Black mold in bathroom

Location, size of room, and breakfast. The staff was very friendly. Being close to 81 right off and back on in the morning was nice

Unfortunately the same thing that made it nice location easy off and back to the hwy was the only down side was constant noise from 81
