Not hot , not full,no bacon but had hot water for tea ( no Splenda) and had coffee would of been a nice place for a breakfast

Very disappointing!!! Blind was stuck or broke could not shut blind had to call down - no one in to fix asked for another room was told none available place was completely booked so went down for a sheet and asked for something to hang , had 2 clips used two towels and sheet to cover window - then needed towels - thought they would bring some when cleaning room next morning -turned on tv was watery could watch called down again said they were changing shifts would have some one from new shift check out both/ new shift very helpful- tried to fix window no luck tried to fix tv no luck -we told her we asked for another room -but were told they were full- bless her heart she came back up with a new key ( room) but hubby had already settled in with towel and sheet over window- was told key would not work in morning so had to get it fixed in morning then had to go back down for drinks as no drinks on floor or coffee makers in room for coffee / tea for coffee/ tea drinkers!!, we asked for some type of discount or refund but was told because we booked through third party we’re not able to give us any to go through you husband very upset won’t stay there again as was offered no refund for our problems then came back next day to see our room was not cleaned no new towels wash rags etc again a disappointment had to purchase drinks coffee before coming back as to have something to drink ( came in side entrance after a busy wedding day for grandson ; would appreciate any refund you can give us to be able to get hubby to give holiday in another try!! Food was not hot eggs empty, bacon what little was there was black little pcs and cold went out for breakfast the second morning

When we arrived at the hotel my wife found part of a candy wrapped tucked into one of the bedsheets. Also when taking a shower the water did not drain right away and went down very slowly. I complained to the front desk in the morning and asked them to please have maintenance check the shower drain. When we returned that evening we found that our room had not been checked at all by housekeeping. The garbage had not been emptied, beds not made, and the problem with the shower had not been addressed as the drain was still very slow. I went down to complain again to the front desk and they were able to move us to a different room with a working shower, but was a pain to have to move all of our stuff from a room on the 3rd floor to a room on the 2nd floor. Also, the elevator seemed very old and worn and made lots of loud noises when in use.

Hair dryer was missing, the front desk failed to remedy the situation. A small bottle of soda cost $ 4.00 .

Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful in choices.

Rquested a two bed room and received one king size bed instead. Showed picture of dirty air vent in the ceiling of the bathroom which was covered in dirt and dust - hadn't been cleaned in years !

Diese Hotel Kette hat uns noch nie enttäuscht! Während einen langen Route Trip haben wir öfters beim Holiday Inn Express und Suites übernachtet und waren wir mit die Sauberkeit, Komfort, Personal immer zufrieden.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, parking is good. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

We picked this hotel because it had a pool and Continental breakfast but both things we were very disappointed in. They barely had any food for you to eat and the pancake machine was broken. The pool was out of commission for our entire three night stay.

Room smelled like wet dog. Bathroom smelled like moldy chothes. Really dirty bathroom. Long brown hairs everywhere-bathroom, in the bed, on the chair. There was a red booger on the shower curtain and the bottom was moldy. There was not hand soap at the sink.
