Front Desk staff were rude and almost never at the desk. When they were they were sitting on their phone. The room was not very clean. Pillows stained, sheets had hair, floor seemed unvacuumed and dirty. Bathroom had hair and mold. I was going to have my guys stay here over a period of time, but we found better accommodations.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was hair and grit on the floor. We went to the front desk and it took Susie over 15 minutes to come in and when she did she reeked of cigarettes and was hacking. We expressed our concern and were told house keepers left for the day and that she could move our room. We didn’t want to repack after a long day of travel so she gave us cleaning spray that wasn’t even marked and some extra towels. No apology, no concern, no customer service.

My husband stayed for work the first week of May and I came to see him while he was there. The lady at the desk, Susan, was horrible. She was never at the desk and was usually found outside smoking. When my husband came home, he told me that she made comments about going to his room and flirted with him. Had I known while I was there it would have been addressed immediately with management.

Too close to Highway loud needs updating
