"Rude owner- filthy rooms - hot tub broken "

The owner is absolutely rude. They charge $20 deposit per key. The hot tub was broke. The room was filthy and there were booger in the wall in the bathroom. We couldn’t get under the cover ls because we were worried about cleanliness. I would like a refund

Clean enough but overallaintenance was poor. Pool locked, spa not operating despite their ad on Expedia shown as operating. Not as good as other, cheaper motels nearby.
