Do NOT EVER BOOK A STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!!
1. The room looks nothing like the photos. There r only 2 flimsy pillows on bed, instead of 4. So I'm extremely uncomfortable &keep waking up& tossing &turning with the pillows giving me a headache &neck ache. The dining table and two chairs r not in here. The mini-couch is not n here.
2. The carpet is old & has permanent stains, in addition2 the dirt &particles on it.
3. There is no iron nor ironing board, though advertised. There's a ripped off metal plastic where the iron device most likely was.
4. There r no hangers, yet there's a hanging rack. So you have nowhere2 hang your jackets, coats, clothing, etc.
5. There r stains,marks, indentations & discolorations all over walls.
6. There is no water pressure in sink nor shower (despite shower having an adjustable head, & head is tiny instead of wide). So u cant wash face cloths off let alone your underwear, properly wash your hair nor body.
7. The water in both, r backed up/clogged. The maid shld have fixed this BEFORE guest arrivals. I informed the rude man that checked me in, & he did not bother offering 2switch me to another room so that I can shower without standing in tall puddle of dirt&such! There4, I have no way 2shower during the remainder of my stay I paid money for!
&when I asked him if there r any rooms that have tub & sink that do not back up, he said no. So he admitted that the entire motel has faulty plumbing. Which is a violation that I'll 2report to the Department Of Buildings) tomorrow/Monday 5/6/24.
8. I told him I dont want my room entered at hotels/motels after I've already checked in. & moreover, that Im unpresentable with bed wear on. Instead of him honoring thatPreference; this morning him& maid showed up at my door with the DoorDash delivery lady. Despite also the DO NOT DISTURB sign being on door,which he verbally acknowledged yesterday. I don't mind grabbing foodDelivery from DoorDash unpresentable. He knows & the maid knows they, however, r not 2come 2the door until after check out. Yet,the pervert is staring at my unpresentable head,face bed clothes asking me what's on my face &she asked me if I want her t2clean the rm. If/when I want a room cleaned, I let THE FRONT DESK know,which is what DO NOT DISTURB sign on door means. & if u were concerned about a clean room, I wld not have had2 clean the tub, tub surfaces,toilet seat top,dresser surface, sink surfaces, etc, - FOR you!
8. There is no ice machine. The coffee maker is filthy. There's only 1 packet coffee sitting here, which is decaf!
9. I requested 2 additional bath towels b4 my arrival (in the SPECIAL REQUESTS section of the booking). He refused2 give them 2me. &gave me a hard time 2get the 2 additional flat sheets& additional blanket he read about in that request. There4, I cannot lay a towel across sink, nor on chair/I can't sit down. He had the audacity 2insult me saying2 wait until the maid returns next day 2give her dirty ones first.
A. There r no dirty ones 2b given/traded.
B. It's the mediumTowels/the hand towels that I need 4the above-mentioned areas. There4 I needed 2b able 2use the 2 additional BATH towels for my body/hair/self care.
C. MY sleep schedule nor otherwise, does not coincide with when maid may or may not b seen somewhere outside IF I'm even there or awake. You provide the amenities AT THE TIME requested, sir! So guests can use themWhen they need2!
D. When guests request certain necessities, u simply provide them. Not cause them problems nor inconveniences after they've paid u 2b COMFORTABLE.
10. There is only 1 shampoo sample, no conditioner.
11. The sink water pours too close 2the back of the sink. U don't want your hands touching the sink while WASHING hands, underwear, toothbrush, towel,etc.
12. I informed him/them b4 my arrival (n the SPECIAL REQUESTS) he read, that I need2sleep in a clean room,&shower n a properly running tub. He knew this rm has backed up plumbing that puddles up, when he took my money without giving me my receipt, & assigned this raggedy room.
