Do NOT Book This Motel If You Need To Shower!!! I'm re-posting this Review because some person who states no name nor job title keeps pasting generic blsh*t replies, but doesn't fix the motel/staff issues. So i will keep re-posting this same Review until they offer my due full refund. The Review Originally Posted On 6/16/24: I decided to give the unprofessional manager and maid another chance, after noticing that someone on his behalf, posted a cut-and-paste generic response to our previous Review. Fail!!! 1. Though no longer clogged/backed up, there is still no water pressure in shower nor sink. So your hair is barely washed, you're waiting forever for your nose/eye stuff to rinse off of your face towel. The nozzles do not adjust. 2. There was a packaged frozen dessert of some sort left in the filthy freezer the maid clearly didn't clean after last guests. So I left it in there. 3. At check-in, he sat my i.d on the nasty never cleaned never disinfected counter; instead of resecting me by placing it back in my hand. So i'm digging my long nails on the counter struggling trying to pick it up. He doesn't help nor apologize. 4. He knows via the Special Requests section of the booking and via me unfortunately having to repeat them to him upon arrival (though I shouldn't have to/no guest should) that I need 2 additional flat sheets, 2 additional bath towels, and an additional blanket (as I do at sll hotels/motels). Instead of him placing them in my arm; he TOSSED the linens onto the disgusting never-cleaned chair that he knows one of those bath towels towels is FOR! 5. He has this QUEEN BED room shown on all travel websites including hotels.com, as having FOUR pillows; which is why I clicked on that room selection. However, I get there and there are only 2 pillows on the bed. So I told him to bring the other 2 pillows, as advertised on their QUEEN bed booking selection on all travel websites including their website, and he said only the king beds have four pillows. First of all; ALL motels and hotels should NEVER have less than four pillows on ALL beds for guests. Duhh!!! Secondly, if/when guests need and therefore request another/more pillow(s) in order to be comfortable on your hard azz bed's; you give them to them. Period. But this irrational unprofessional fool tried to argue with me, and then only offered ONE of the 2 I needed/requested.... leaving me uncomfortable in bed. Thirdly, DELETE the pictured bed with four pillows, off of the QUEEN bed room selection on the travel websites and your company website - Cease & Desist in committing Fraudulent Misrepresentation, and Bait & Switch. 6. The room had no mini-shampoo's nor conditioners and only one lotion, though all motels and hotels are supposed to have at least 2 of each: mini-shampoo's, conditioner's, soap's, lotion's. I asked him for 4 shampoo's, but he handed me one. Therefore I had to repeat myself. Then, reluctantly he handed me 3 more, looking at me crazy. Smdh. 7. See photo's attached hereto of SOME of the rooms horrible condition. 8. They have not ordered any 'DO NOT DISTURB' signs for the door's. So, though guests should not have to; I VERBALLY told him to tell the maid(s) to not disturb until AFTER checkout time. But yet again..... she came to my door and window disrupting my much needed sleep, scaring the crap out of me, knocking and yelling, and had the audacity also to pretend like she didnt hear me yell at the door "DO NOT DISTURB!" So i yelled it again, then I returned to the bed she was unlawfully PEEPING at me in through window curtain slightly opened. 9. He allowed a disgusting caucasian man who was constantly wiping his nasty toes and feet in and at the pool, to continue to do that. And to continue to blasts loud music for hours, when he knows I was there for mich needed sleep. It took another guest to open his room door and tell the man to turn down the music after telling him its too loud. 10. The coffee pot and it's machine are not cleaned. So I couldn't use it, though I wanted coffee. 11. The doors do not have latch locks on them. I never turn on motel t.v's, so I dont know if it works. 12. Their website and all travel websites show this room type (QUEEN bed) as having two chairs. But there's only one. Good luck if you're not traveling solo or have to conduct a meeting. 13. Shower curtain is stained, as are the towels and sheets. 14. This and the prior Review will be forwarded to the corporate office, and the Department Of Buildings.

Rooms r so clean and very quiet place .

The checkin process was rough due to high winds that caused the computer to be down ,but thr teal disappointment was the room. As we entered the room it did not smell clean and fresh. The inside of the door had dirty handprints up and down the edge and around the door handle. The wind blew into the room around the closed door fron lack of door seals. The upolstery on the chairs was grossly dirty with stains and grime. The carpet also looked as tho it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed well. The towels were rough, and thin. Basically, it was in need of a good cleaning and possibly fresh paint, with new carpet. Deceivingly nice from the outside and room photographs online.

Do NOT EVER BOOK A STAY AT THIS MOTEL!!! 1. The room looks nothing like the photos. There r only 2 flimsy pillows on bed, instead of 4. So I'm extremely uncomfortable &keep waking up& tossing &turning with the pillows giving me a headache &neck ache. The dining table and two chairs r not in here. The mini-couch is not n here. 2. The carpet is old & has permanent stains, in addition2 the dirt &particles on it. 3. There is no iron nor ironing board, though advertised. There's a ripped off metal plastic where the iron device most likely was. 4. There r no hangers, yet there's a hanging rack. So you have nowhere2 hang your jackets, coats, clothing, etc. 5. There r stains,marks, indentations & discolorations all over walls. 6. There is no water pressure in sink nor shower (despite shower having an adjustable head, & head is tiny instead of wide). So u cant wash face cloths off let alone your underwear, properly wash your hair nor body. 7. The water in both, r backed up/clogged. The maid shld have fixed this BEFORE guest arrivals. I informed the rude man that checked me in, & he did not bother offering 2switch me to another room so that I can shower without standing in tall puddle of dirt&such! There4, I have no way 2shower during the remainder of my stay I paid money for! &when I asked him if there r any rooms that have tub & sink that do not back up, he said no. So he admitted that the entire motel has faulty plumbing. Which is a violation that I'll 2report to the Department Of Buildings) tomorrow/Monday 5/6/24. 8. I told him I dont want my room entered at hotels/motels after I've already checked in. & moreover, that Im unpresentable with bed wear on. Instead of him honoring thatPreference; this morning him& maid showed up at my door with the DoorDash delivery lady. Despite also the DO NOT DISTURB sign being on door,which he verbally acknowledged yesterday. I don't mind grabbing foodDelivery from DoorDash unpresentable. He knows & the maid knows they, however, r not 2come 2the door until after check out. Yet,the pervert is staring at my unpresentable head,face bed clothes asking me what's on my face &she asked me if I want her t2clean the rm. If/when I want a room cleaned, I let THE FRONT DESK know,which is what DO NOT DISTURB sign on door means. & if u were concerned about a clean room, I wld not have had2 clean the tub, tub surfaces,toilet seat top,dresser surface, sink surfaces, etc, - FOR you! 8. There is no ice machine. The coffee maker is filthy. There's only 1 packet coffee sitting here, which is decaf! 9. I requested 2 additional bath towels b4 my arrival (in the SPECIAL REQUESTS section of the booking). He refused2 give them 2me. &gave me a hard time 2get the 2 additional flat sheets& additional blanket he read about in that request. There4, I cannot lay a towel across sink, nor on chair/I can't sit down. He had the audacity 2insult me saying2 wait until the maid returns next day 2give her dirty ones first. A. There r no dirty ones 2b given/traded. B. It's the mediumTowels/the hand towels that I need 4the above-mentioned areas. There4 I needed 2b able 2use the 2 additional BATH towels for my body/hair/self care. C. MY sleep schedule nor otherwise, does not coincide with when maid may or may not b seen somewhere outside IF I'm even there or awake. You provide the amenities AT THE TIME requested, sir! So guests can use themWhen they need2! D. When guests request certain necessities, u simply provide them. Not cause them problems nor inconveniences after they've paid u 2b COMFORTABLE. 10. There is only 1 shampoo sample, no conditioner. 11. The sink water pours too close 2the back of the sink. U don't want your hands touching the sink while WASHING hands, underwear, toothbrush, towel,etc. 12. I informed him/them b4 my arrival (n the SPECIAL REQUESTS) he read, that I need2sleep in a clean room,&shower n a properly running tub. He knew this rm has backed up plumbing that puddles up, when he took my money without giving me my receipt, & assigned this raggedy room.

Pool was closed and hot tub was not in service. Also, I had to pay $16 more for two bed room im sure i clicked on with your service. Plus, there was only ONE package of coffee for a two bed room!

Nice huge, king size bed. TV worked fine. Unfortunately the person or party upstairs were incredibly inconsiderate most of the night regarding noise. Person kept walking around. Walls are clearly too thin to block things out. Train came by more than once, that didn't help either. I'd say 4 stars is more than fair, all things considered.
