Very clean, and close to where I needed to be

Our extended family reunion had four rooms for four nights, most of them two-bedroom suites. One family had to be moved from a suite with a flooded bathroom. Then they had to be moved from the second suite because of another flooded bathroom, but no other room was available that night. They had to crowd in with one of our other families for the night. The management thought they were being generous by not charging us for a flooded room that we did not use. They refused to comp us for the inconvenience of twice moving a family with young children and forcing them to double up with another family. The other major problem was the Sunday morning breakfast. It was completely crowded, with not enough workers to keep up with the demand. Everything was running out, and our breakfast was pitiful. Staffing was also lacking at the front desk, where a long line formed during slow check-ins with only one person working the desk. The rooms themselves were quite outdated and not in good shape. The sofa cushions especially needed to be replaced. They were almost flat. We all had the general feeling that the owners of this hotel do not want to put any money into upkeep or decent staffing. We used to stay here in past years and it was much better, but we will never stay here again.

Wonderful staff, very friendly, nice clean hotel, big rooms, nice pool. Close to coffee shops and restaurants.

I was happy with everything

I did not stay and I need a refund. There was no food and no alcohol. I was hungry so I had to leave. I did not like the attitude of the counter staff. I was there fleeing a fire near my house. We were asked to evacuate.

Great customer service and very attentive.

Pillows were not fluffy, they could replace or put a couple more to accommodate same comfort of one fluffy one.
