The room was clean, but there were ants in the kitchen.

Clean, quiet room, good breakfast options. Could have used more hangers; only four were provided. Missing a fork, and the ice maker did not work.

It was clean and quiet. Nice staff.

Hotel is good but staff don’t greet or thank you when checking in and out. If you are looking for good services look else where

The breakfast was good. The hotel itself needs renovation and a thorough cleaning. The bed linen is outdated.

Room was dusty, spots on the comforter. Chair in our room was so old. Elevator was dirty and I don’t know how long it had been since they vacuumed the hallways. Needed some TLC.

The property is in a lovely quiet leafy suburb with easy shopping and dining nearby. Staff were very friendly. We paid the small difference to upgrade to a suite and very glad we did as the extra space and facilities were excellent.

The staff are very nice. The outside of the property looks nice, the area is great but the linens were dirty. My pillowcase had makeup and dirt all over it and the bathroom smelled moldy. The couches look old and soiled. They need new furniture and new linens.

They gave our room to somebody else by mistake then sent us to a room smaller than the one we reserved. Then we complained to be told 1 bedroom was no longer available. Then afterwards they finally put us in a 2 bedroom but the room was full of ants and not very clean
