Sonesta ES Suites San Diego - Rancho Bernardo

Strong smells coming from Lobby restrooms. Can hear showers and people walking in floor above us. Limited fruit, only whole oranges, at breakfast. Fruit was advertised by obviously limited. Staff was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.

short time for breakfast...over at 8:30 Paid parking unnecessary. Lots of open spaces on the property

We've stayed at this Sonesta Suites before and had a positive experience, but this time was marked by a not fully cleaned room, stained box springs, broken lamp and burned out bulb in the kitchenette area.

Absolutely the worst breakfast ever! Brewed in room coffee was also the worst I have ever tasted. Living room couch was old worn and its "cushions" were collapsed and therefore the seating was uncomfortable and abnormally low.

When staying there I had a room that was very dirty kitchen and trash was still in the room from previous client and room safety lock was broke but when I requested someone to fix it they did not come to fix it and room had a wet rotting smell

The only issue my friends and i had was that her bathroom had cobwebs in it , and she had hair on the bottom of the tub.. and the floor wasnt that clean.. and in my bathroom i had ants and my box of kleenex had 1 tissue in it other than that not anything else at all!! We were upgraded to a suite which was super awesome... no complaints there ! Beatiful room!!

The room was good. the kitchen area was poorly equip. Had to ask glasses, Coffee cups, i will leave it at that. The dishwasher was so load when washing you could not hear each other talk!!

Everything was good,but the breakfast was lacking.Cold eggs,frozen not even warm when the coffee ran out the young lady was reluctant to make a new pot

Our room was very dusty. The furniture was old and used. Spots on the bedspread and it didn’t look like the facilities had been vacuumed in awhile.
