We appreciated the location of the property (walking distance to Culver’s). We liked that our dog was able to be with us. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff! Little confusion at from desk—but super nice people who did their best to take care of us!

The beds were GREAT

There were a few things that would be opportunities for quick fix. ...all ice machines were out of commission, bathroom /shower falling apart.

Beds were comfy

Shower was not draing and appliances in disrepair... ,room was never attened in. 3 days. .Drain in sink stinks ,with no stopper . The breakfast was ok one day and not set up or stocked the second day day we skipped it altogether the 3rd.. Was told twice on the phone that the Mgr would called or email me I never heard from her or saw her our whole visit. All kind of disappointing ... Hopefully you will use this as opportunities to be better in the future.

trouble with key cards not working, toilet leaking on floor, changed our room and that toilet didn't work either and key cards still didnt work

Breakfast was good and facility was clean

Where to I start? We showed up from traveling a long ways and the kids were so badly looking forward to swimming. It’s LITERALLY THE reason we chose this location and PAID EXTRA compared to other facilities we could’ve chose (and now should’ve) but we get there and the pool is down for maintenance we’re told… ok annoying but we can survive. Go to our room and find the fold out bed mattress sitting in the hallway busted up. Check and verify yes we don’t have one. So we go ask the staff and they say “we’re full tonight and don’t have another”. So now I’ve paid for an extra bed I literally don’t even get to use. We go to supper and come back, go to get in the hot tub (at least it’s working) we’re only in there a few minutes and a family shows up and pulls out alcohol…. Another family shows up with a cooler… of alcohol. Then another. We gave up and left with our young kids and there was no one to talk to at the desk about it. Go to our room and come back to ask for at least an extra blanket/sheet and pillow. All they had was ONE comforter and that was it. So now we don’t even have enough bedding for us to sleep. We go to get the room comfortable temperature and the air conditioner is barely pumping out cold air. Kept it JUST cool enough to not be hot. I guess thank goodness we didn’t need extra comforters because it was nearly hot in that room. When we went to checkout I was going to talk to management but low and behold the only people at the desk I tried to get their attention and they barely looked at me told me just “set the key in the bowl”. I stood there a little more and they seemed not interested at all. So I gave up put the key down and am now writing this. I require a response.
